The 2025 temporary tender landing is on the Port Vila seafront, directly in front of the town center. The central market, duty-free shops, and dining strip are all within a 5-minute walk.
Taxis do not use meters — always agree on the fare before getting in. Short city trips run ~2,500 VUV; resorts on the Pango peninsula are around 4,000 VUV.
Locally called buses, these minivans with a B on the license plate run flexible routes around town for a flat 150 VUV fare. Longer out-of-town trips are around 300 VUV.
