From Punta Langosta pier, walk north along Avenida Rafael Melgar — the waterfront boulevard lined with jewelry shops, tequila tastings, and dive shops. Continue to Parque Benito Juárez, the shaded main plaza, then cut inland one block to find authentic taquerias and local life away from the tourist strip.
A long but pleasant walk north along the coastal road from either southern pier. Pass money-bar and local beach access spots. Not a dedicated pedestrian path — most passengers prefer to taxi in and walk downtown instead.
